Michael Cunningham obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law. Prior to founding Cunningham Law, APC, Michael practiced law at the firm of BR Law Group, LLP. Michael focuses his practice exclusively on the representation of individuals and small businesses in lawsuits related to employment issues.

Michael has represented clients in a broad range of employment related matters, including: wage and hour violations, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, meal and rest period violations, unlawful retaliation, California Family Rights Act violations, and workplace violence issues.

Michael is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, American Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association
